We don't do rule-following Chinese food. It integrates the sophisticated Salt Merchant Cuisine, the hearty Salt Worker Cuisine, and the diverse Guild Hall Cuisine into an aesthetic of 'thick aroma and intense flavor'. The technical core lies in the extreme use of 'Double Chili and Double Ginger' (fresh chili and baby ginger), and the clever use of the clay pot as a 'thermal manager' to ensure dishes achieve perfection. Find us right in the center of Frankfurt at Zeil 2, 60313 Frankfurt am Main. Public Transport: Take the S-Bahn (S1–S6, S8, S9), U-Bahn (U6, U7), Tram (11, 14) or various city buses to Ostendstrasse station. It's just a 4-minute walk to our restaurant. Alternatively, from Konstablerwache station, it's about an 8-minute walk. Parking: We recommend Parkhaus am Zoo (Grüne Str. 11), Parkhaus Am Gericht (Klapperfeldstraße 8), or other public parking garages nearby.
